Our Commitment
Bayhan Technologies Inc. is committed to ensuring that CivicPermit.Solutions is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We design and develop our platform with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML — We use proper heading structure, landmark regions, form labels, and ARIA attributes to support assistive technologies.
- Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible throughout the application.
- Color Contrast — Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios. We do not rely on color alone to convey information.
- Screen Reader Compatibility — The platform is tested with common screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) to ensure content is announced correctly.
- Responsive Design — Pages adapt to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and text-scaling preferences without loss of content or functionality.
Current Status
We are actively working toward full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all pages and application surfaces. Some areas may not yet fully meet every criterion. We treat accessibility gaps as bugs and prioritize them accordingly.
